Introduction of E-Cubed Goals' new technology on NHK's "Shutoken Network"

On September 25, 2025, E-Cubed Goals' new technology—a method for neutralizing and completely disposing of ternary lithium-ion batteries—was featured on the NHK program "Shutoken Network."
The new technology announced on June 26, 2025, by E-Cubed Goals Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President: Toshiya Hamasaki)—specifically, a "technology for the deactivation and safe, complete disposal of ternary lithium-ion batteries"—has generated a significant response, garnering coverage in over 110 media outlets, including the Nikkei and Mainichi newspapers, as well as numerous regional and industry-specific publications.
Furthermore, on September 25, 2025, NHK’s Shutoken Network aired footage of the technology’s testing along with an interview with CEO Hamasaki, further heightening interest.
This technology is being developed through a joint research project with the laboratory of Professor Hiroshi Onoda at the Graduate School of Environment and Energy Engineering, Waseda University (Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo).
