E-Cubed Goals Co., Ltd. hereby announces that it has acquired business rights, intellectual property rights, and copyrights from PJP Eye Co., Ltd. (Address: 5F, 3-16-26 Yakuin, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture; Representative Director: Hiroaki Nishina) regarding a new business sector—which accounts for less than 20% of PJP Eye’s total sales—excluding the research, development, manufacturing, sales, and brand name ("Cambrian") associated with PJP Eye’s cell battery business.
